Meet the Founder
David Litvinov is an accomplished Real Estate Executive with a 20+ years of experience in real estate development and investment. He received his MBA from the prestigious University of Southern California. His journey culminated in the establishment of Dome Investments, a fully integrated real estate investment, development, and property management company.
Under his leadership, Dome Investments has accumulated and developed a portfolio of 500+ urban class A units. This portfolio encompasses an array of properties, from luxury condos to single family home and multi-family properties. David has been involved in hundreds of deals, successfully closing $200 million in both the residential and commercial transactions. Prior to his career in real estate, David was an award-winning management consultant and enterprise software sales executive. David continues to evolve and redefine Dome Investments with his astute acumen and unrivaled dedication to success.
